Judge Filer is straight up said that 1170(d)(1) is still too new, whatever that means. My husband did everything expected of him and have been incarcerated a long time and have done a 180 just to be shot down by this judge.

This judge doesn’t care about the people at all! He views all convicted persons the same, and does not believe in rehabilitation!
